Matt & Matt are the owners and founders of Camp Creek Acres Produce. They have been friends (more like family) since sixth grade. Matt Stukenholtz (left) grew up on a farm just outside of Peru, Nebraska (not to be confused with Peru, South America). Matt Edstrand (right) grew up in the nearby town of Auburn.
Matt "Stuk" Stukenholtz has a bachelor's degree in Biology, a minor in Chemistry, and is the head farmer for CCAP. Following college, Stuk returned home to continue his family's farming tradition. After a few years, he was drawn to the “Big City” of Omaha, where he has worked as a lab manager testing soil and food. In the past few years, his lab projects have included work with the organic farming movement. Stuk lives in Gretna with his wife, four kids, and their dog Cody.
Matt "Ed" Edstrand handles the business management, distribution, member relations, and marketing for CCAP. Ed has a degree in accounting and has 13 years experience in the accounting field. For the past five years Ed has been an accounting recruiter serving a variety of clients and industries. Ed lives in the West Omaha/Elkhorn area with his wife, three kids, and their dog Marley.
